Description du poste:

Under the responsibility of the Agency Director, you will be in charge of the following missions: Management of VRD projects related to buildings, public spaces, roads, dry and hydraulic networks: design, construction monitoring, and contractual follow-up (quotes, orders, amendments, invoices); Study conception (Feasibility, Preliminary Project (AVP), Project (PRO), Tender File (DCE), Assistance in Work Contract Award (ACT)); Monitoring of works and ensuring their completion on a Technical, Administrative, and Financial level; Team management of internal multidisciplinary teams (engineers and designers) and external partners (landscapers, architects, lighting designers, etc.); Participation in commercial development: tenders, quotes, prospecting.

Responsabilités:

Management of VRD projects related to buildings, public spaces, roads, dry and hydraulic networks: design, construction monitoring, and contractual follow-up (quotes, orders, amendments, invoices)
Study conception (Feasibility, Preliminary Project (AVP), Project (PRO), Tender File (DCE), Assistance in Work Contract Award (ACT))
Monitoring of works and ensuring their completion on a Technical, Administrative, and Financial level
Team management of internal multidisciplinary teams (engineers and designers) and external partners (landscapers, architects, lighting designers, etc.)
Participation in commercial development: tenders, quotes, prospecting

Exigences:

Bac+5 or Bac+3 in BTP field
Minimum 7 years of experience in VRD/construction project management
Good technical knowledge in VRD (road design, hydraulics, stormwater management, civil engineering, geotechnics)
Knowledge of Public Procurement Code
Proficiency in Autocad, Covadis, and AutoPiste is a plus
Knowledge of network and pavement sizing tools
Good writing skills and interpersonal skills
Teamwork and cooperative spirit
Rigor and responsiveness
