Responsabilités

Define change management strategy: study impacts, factors, issues and key stakeholders
use communication, mobilization, training and measurement axes
design communication and support plan
Implement support actions: organize/facilitate training
support key stakeholders
prepare and facilitate mobilization workshops
Implement communication actions: produce materials compliant with graphic charter
disseminate in relation and coherence with entity communication services
Implement indicators: manage change management action plan with various stakeholders
implement change measurement barometer with impacted teams

Exigences

You are a graduate from an engineering or business school or equivalent and have a good level of English
You have significant experience of 6 years in a consulting firm, particularly in change management and project management with a strong digital and technological component
You are interested in the transport and mobility sector or have initial experience in this field
You have led transformation projects with strategic, organizational, or IT challenges with a strong business dimension, industrial and logistics performance, or data
You have a digital culture and a personal interest in innovation
Autonomous, empathetic, proactive, attentive, and result-oriented, your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to be comfortable with different stakeholders
You are used to working in a team, in international contexts, and may have already managed a project team.

Responsabilités

Evaluate the impacts of changes on target populations: stakeholder mapping, impact analyses, highlighting of gains and risks
Design and manage change management strategies: communication, training, support, and deployment
Implement support actions: communication materials, design of training paths, structuring and animation of ambassador networks
Support stakeholders remotely and/or on-site
Coordinate and monitor all actions and update monitoring indicators
Develop expertise within the firm and promote it to address client challenges.
