We are the team behind the scenes ensuring IKEA products are available for as many people as possible. We use our expertise in supply processes to adapt the assortment to our storage capacity through forecasts and orders, ensuring products are as available as possible for customers while minimizing expenses. Our passion is collaborating to improve the customer experience at IKEA.

Responsabilités:

Work according to established routines to ensure accurate inventory and product availability for customers
Teamwork to ensure the store is well-stocked and ready to welcome customers
Ensure safety and protection of customers and colleagues in the area of responsibility
Share knowledge and skills to help colleagues
Be available to support colleagues when needed

Exigences:

Proactive and well-organized
Passion for stock accuracy
Strong skills in retail and/or logistics processes, tools, and working methods
Ability to safely and efficiently use forklifts
Ideally holds a forklift license
Likes working in a fast-paced retail logistics environment
Flexible, enjoys teamwork, and shows self-discipline
Friendly behavior promoting positive collaboration
Available to work early mornings (3 AM - 9 AM) for 5 days
