Description du poste:

Dans le cadre de la gestion des infrastructures IT, le Capacity Manager surveille, anticipe et gère les capacités des ressources systèmes, tout en assurant un rôle de backup du Change Manager. Le poste inclut la production de reportings, le traitement des demandes de ressources techniques, et la mise en place de plans d'action pour maintenir l'espace disque disponible. De plus, lors des absences du Change Manager, des tâches telles que le provisioning et le décommissionnement de serveurs sont prises en charge, ainsi que la gestion des changements. Le travail est effectué au sein d'équipes dynamiques, avec un esprit collaboratif et une opportunité de carrière riche au sein d'un environnement multiculturel et international.

Responsabilités:

  • surveillance des ressources systèmes (disque, CPU, RAM)
  • anticipation et gestion de la capacité des ressources systèmes
  • backup du Change & Release Manager
  • consolidation et analyse des données issues de 12 vCenter
  • production des reportings hebdomadaires
  • traitement des demandes d'attribution de ressources
  • gestion des demandes liées aux projets
  • remédiation des problèmes d'espace disque
  • mise en place de plan d'action mensuel pour garantir un espace libre minimal
  • consolidation des données de capacité disque pour les COPIL
  • présentation des alertes capacitaires en réunions
  • analyse des statistiques et prévision des besoins
  • provisionnement des serveurs
  • décommissionnement des serveurs
  • gestion des changements
  • gestion des reprises en infogérance

Exigences:

  • Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5 et issu(e) d'une école d'Ingénieur(e) ou équivalent
  • au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire
  • niveau d'anglais opérationnel
  • autonome
