En tant que Capacity Manager, vous êtes responsable de l'optimisation de la planification des ressources et de la gestion de la demande et de l'offre au sein des Business Services. Vous garantissez l'excellence opérationnelle, la durabilité de l'employabilité et soutenez les objectifs stratégiques et commerciaux de l'entreprise.

Responsabilités:

  • Optimisation de la planification des ressources
  • gestion de la demande et de l'offre au sein des Business Services
  • planification et optimisation des ressources pour les projets et les services managés
  • analyse de la productivité et formulation de recommandations pour améliorer les marges
  • gestion des programmes de facturabilité
  • réalisation d'audits de qualité des CV
  • encouragement du développement de compétences adaptées aux besoins futurs
  • coordination des freelances et des sous-traitants
  • gestion des contrats et négociations
  • point de contact unique pour la gestion du bench
  • suivi des demandes et des affectations dans les outils internes
  • surveillance des dates de fin et des prolongations
  • partage des aperçus des affectations et des tarifs avec les unités commerciales
  • gestion de l'onboarding
  • gestion des parcours de formation et des stand-ups
  • calcul des coûts et des tarifs pour garantir des marges optimales

Exigences:

  • Baccalauréat ou équivalent pertinent
  • niveau débutant à 3 ans d'expérience pertinente
  • connaissances et expérience dans les outils Microsoft Office
  • néerlandais et français (obligatoires)
  • anglais (souhaitable)
