Responsabilités

surveillance des ressources systèmes (disque, CPU, RAM)
anticipation et gestion de la capacité des ressources systèmes
backup du Change & Release Manager
consolidation et analyse des données issues de 12 vCenter
production des reportings hebdomadaires
traitement des demandes d'attribution de ressources
gestion des demandes liées aux projets
remédiation des problèmes d'espace disque
mise en place de plan d'action mensuel pour garantir un espace libre minimal
consolidation des données de capacité disque pour les COPIL

Management of out-of-cycle production: Ensure administrative and technical management of out-of-standard flow Manufacturing Orders (OF)
Escalation and problem resolution: Alert support functions (Methods, PPE, MAP) as soon as problems exceed the local management level
Animation of continuous improvement: Integrate support functions into production routines to optimize processes
Capacity management: Anticipate resource needs and manage the skills development of production teams
