Description du poste:

Rattaché(e) au Directeur Design Center, vous êtes le responsable technique du projet dans sa phase préliminaire et travaillez de concert avec le Chef de produit afin d'assurer la cohérence d'ensemble. Vous intervenez sur les projets de bateaux à voile.

Responsabilités:

Actively participate in the relationship with architects/designers for development during briefing phases in collaboration with product managers
Draft specifications (technical specifications of needs) with product managers and the project manager
Propose technical solutions enabling project realization and meeting company standard processes and external standards
Ensure the layout of technical elements (macro) in the digital model
Conduct competitive intelligence and identify innovations, then research new processes or technical solutions with support services
Ensure, in collaboration with the project manager, the follow-up of mock-up realization
Define, in collaboration with the project manager, the macro-planning of the project as well as its overall costing (labor, materials, investments)
Ensure, in the upstream phase, the relationship with management control for ROI calculation
Participate in the preparation of the need expression milestone (J-1 and J00)
Ensure respect for the various milestones

Exigences:

BAC+5 formation
Mastery of product design in the nautical industry
Proven technical curiosity from previous experiences (design office, architecture firm, shipyard...)
Recognized listening skills, analytical ability, global vision, and synthesis skills
Sense of priorities
Experience with teamwork
Comfortable communicating, capitalizing, and sharing experience pedagogically
Mastery of the Office pack
Proficiency with tools such as Windchill and Catia
Advanced level of English
