Vous travaillerez pour un centre d’excellence en charge du déploiement, du support et de l’adoption de plus de 140 produits digitaux internes et externes. Vous évoluerez au sein d’un environnement exigeant, technique et orienté business, au cœur des opérations quotidiennes des clients.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer les incidents et demandes d’évolution
  • Préparer et mettre à jour la documentation (rapports de résolution, procédures, guides utilisateurs, FAQ)
  • Préparer les réunions, rédiger les Minutes of Meeting et assurer le suivi des actions
  • Définir, exécuter et documenter les tests avant mise en service
  • Préparer les communications et supports pour les mises en production
  • Assister les équipes L1/L2 et organiser des démonstrations ou sessions d’information pour les clients
  • Réaliser un reporting hebdomadaire : activités support, feedback clients, KPIs et évolution des produits

Exigences

  • Expérience en support applicatif / digital
  • Connaissance de l’écosystème support et services aéronautique (Airbus, Airlines, MRO, Lessor) et son écosystème
  • Bon niveau technique, compréhension des environnements SI et du support applicatif
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et communication maîtrisée dans un contexte sensible
  • Pro‑activité, rigueur, autonomie et forte orientation client
  • BAC+3 minimum (informatique, systèmes d’information, digital, aéronautique ou discipline équivalente)
  • Expérience : 2–3 ans

  • Lead functional scoping workshops, advise and guide clients to identify and translate needs
  • Provide technical and functional response to user needs
  • Ensure activity reporting, lead meetings (workshops, COPROJ, COPIL, etc.), monitor KPIs
  • Communicate and coordinate with various external stakeholders (business, UX designer, support, architecture, development, publisher, IT)
  • Conduct impact analysis, opportunity and feasibility studies, MVP, estimation, take charge of writing deliverables (framing, specifications, functional specifications)
  • Write User Stories, create and manage backlog, contribute to agile ceremonies
  • Define testing strategy, identify and validate test cases (scenarios, test plans, test campaign management), support approvers
  • Manage feedback: business evolution requests and anomalies reported during testing
  • Follow release management up to production and ensure configuration
  • Provide business and technical support to users
