Responsabilités

Lead functional scoping workshops, advise and guide clients to identify and translate needs
Provide technical and functional response to user needs
Ensure activity reporting, lead meetings (workshops, COPROJ, COPIL, etc.), monitor KPIs
Communicate and coordinate with various external stakeholders (business, UX designer, support, architecture, development, publisher, IT)
Conduct impact analysis, opportunity and feasibility studies, MVP, estimation, take charge of writing deliverables (framing, specifications, functional specifications)
Write User Stories, create and manage backlog, contribute to agile ceremonies
Define testing strategy, identify and validate test cases (scenarios, test plans, test campaign management), support approvers
Manage feedback: business evolution requests and anomalies reported during testing
Follow release management up to production and ensure configuration
Provide business and technical support to users
