Business Process Consultant

• Take charge of the entire customer journey on our ERP
• Conduct training sessions for users
• Evaluate participants and promote their skills development
• Install and configure the ERP according to customer needs
• Carry out on-site or remote interventions
• Document all actions to ensure clear follow-up
• Provide functional support during deployment and production launch
• Write and update support materials: guides, technical documents, training materials
• Occasionally contribute to internal work or training

• Comfortable with IT environment
• Mastery of Windows and Office suite
• Appetite for simple programming (VBA, Windev or equivalent)
• Appetite for database querying, ideally under SQL Server and T‑SQL
• Understanding of industrial sector challenges
• Basics in sales, purchasing, supply or production management
• Excellent command of French and English
• Listening, advisory and pedagogical skills
• Ability to manage a project and solve problems with rigor and method
