Business Process Consultant

• Deliver training to clients (individual or group sessions, inter or intra-company)
• Evaluate trainees and collect training evaluations
• Perform technical services on-site or remotely
• Write detailed reports after each client intervention
• Guide clients in customizing the ERP
• Provide client support during deployment, testing and operational implementation phases
• Install the ERP and companion software
• Maintain and update knowledge of company products
• Understand and apply documents, procedures, tools and methods deemed essential by management
• Create documentation (training materials, technical notebooks)
• Conduct projects with clients
• Carry out internal work on request
• Provide internal training to other service/group staff
• Provide hotline client support

• Good understanding of ERP environments
• Proficiency in office tools under Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Aptitude for simple programming languages (VBA, Windev or equivalent)
• Ability to query databases, ideally SQL Server and T-SQL
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networks
• Understanding of the industrial environment and associated business processes: sales, purchasing, supply, production management, accounting notions (asset)
• Good listening and advisory skills
• Comfortable with user training, project management and problem solving
• Valid driver's license B (required)
• Travel across the national territory, mainly in the South-West
• English level allowing exchanges and internal meetings
