Description du poste:

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our Program team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada. You will work collaboratively with several A220 program teams. You will be part of the Project Management Competence Center team responsible for developing project management standards for the organization. Additionally, the team is responsible for managing the A220 Program performance dashboard and coordinating the enterprise risk management process.

Responsabilités:

  • Participate in defining and simplifying business processes, mapping them, creating documentation, and assisting with their deployment
  • Lead workshops with various departments to define organizational processes
  • Represent the Program function in a transformation initiative aimed at updating processes within the A220 program
  • Identify and work on organizational improvement projects
  • Lead in-depth discovery meetings to understand, capture, and identify the client's business requirements and objectives, along with automation recommendations
  • Identify areas for business process improvement or simplification, proposing IT solutions aligned with the department's IT strategy
  • Produce clear and consistent process documentation, without any ambiguity

Exigences:

  • University degree in engineering or a diploma in project management
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of project management and familiarity with industry best practices
  • Good analytical skills and detail-oriented
  • Ability to formulate concepts and easily gain an overview
  • Mastery of process documentation techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to ask questions and facilitate working sessions
  • Strong leadership skills and a good team player
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Bilingual in French and English, in speaking and writing
