Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering-based curriculum
Minimum 2 Years experience in a position with Direct-Customer interaction
2 or more years of related technical experience
Preferred previous experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software e.g. Salesforce
Multilingual skills (especially French or Spanish)
Familiarity with electrical standards and codes (e.g., NEC, UL, ANSI, IEC)
Must possess and maintain an unrestricted valid driver’s license
Ability to acquire US Passport within 1 year of hire

Responsabilités

Answer technical inquiries from both the clients and internal employees through Email-to-Case ticketing system
Investigate and troubleshoot customer problems

Handle “Reactive” situations

Effectively navigate Socomec’s network of experts
Understand and Clearly Articulate the governing standards applicable to both Socomec products
Train and onboard New Sales/Non-technical professionals
Prepare/manage official reports for Remote Support and Customer calls
Confer directly with customers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements

Coordinate with various integrated product/supplier teams and departments for development, design, validation, verification, testing, integration, certification, and support to certification authorities
Write and review technical reports
Participate in the Validation and Verification of requirements
Participate in the preparation, execution, and analysis of investigative, development, and certification tests, including on test benches and simulation platforms
Conduct technical investigations, analyze, and develop solutions
