En tant que Développeur Commercial - Assistance Technique chez NTT DATA, vous serez responsable de développer des partenariats avec des grands comptes dans le secteur IT. Vous utiliserez vos compétences en vente consultative et en prospection pour identifier des opportunités et négocier des contrats. Une expérience de 2 à 3 ans en ESN est requise. Nous offrons un environnement de travail hybride et des opportunités de développement professionnel.

Responsabilités:

  • Prospection & développement: Identifier les comptes stratégiques (Cloud, Cyber, Réseaux, CX, Data & IA) et détecter des opportunités
  • Exploiter nos contrats-cadres pour générer des quick wins
  • Prospecter activement via LinkedIn, téléphone et réseaux pro
  • Vente consultative: Comprendre les enjeux des DSI/RSSI (sécurité, conformité, performance)
  • Traduire ces besoins en propositions différenciées avec ROI clair
  • Travailler avec l’avant-vente pour des offres de qualité
  • Gestion du cycle de vente: Présenter les profils consultants en valorisant leurs compétences et certifications
  • Préparer les candidats (contexte client, attentes)
  • Négocier et finaliser les contrats, harmoniser avec le juridique
  • Post-vente: Assurer la satisfaction client et suivi des consultants
  • Anticiper les besoins futurs et identifier des opportunités

Exigences:

  • 2-3 ans d’expérience en ESN/Consulting
  • Maîtrise de la vente de services IT en régie ou assistance technique
  • Expérience en présentation de consultants chez des grands comptes
  • Expérience en prospection directe
  • Expérience en négociation de contrats complexes
  • Expérience en vente consultative
  • Connaissance du marché ESN et des cycles d’achat IT
  • Expérience en gestion de pipeline (CRM type Salesforce)
