Description du poste:

As a Business Analyst within Sopra Steria's 'Financial Services' division, you will play a role in digital transformation projects for clients in retail banking, private banking, and specialized financial services. You will contribute across various project phases, from requirements gathering to solution deployment.

Responsabilités:

Project coordination and stakeholder management
Gathering and analyzing client needs
Conducting workshops to define requirements
Translating user needs into functional specifications
Bridging technical teams and client business
Coordinating testing and validation of solutions
Training users and managing change
Supporting deployment activities

Exigences:

3 years minimum experience in IT project execution
Knowledge of Agile ceremonies such as Scrum
Familiarity with ticketing tools like JIRA
Experience with testing tools such as UI Path or ALM
Engineering degree or equivalent university qualification
Adaptability, organization, and rigor
Strong interpersonal skills
Team spirit and proactivity

Souhaitable:

Experience in client needs gathering and analysis
Ability to lead workshops
Skills in framing requirements and writing functional specifications
