Description du poste:

Sopra Steria is seeking a Business Analyst Débutant within the Public Services division. The role involves supporting the client's digital transformation by collaborating closely with stakeholders and the development team to design, test, and implement functional solutions. This position includes onboarding through responsibilities in functional testing and user acceptance testing.

Responsabilités:

Gain expertise in the client's domain to understand their needs
prepare and participate in facilitating functional workshops
contribute to the definition of the solution, including the data model, in collaboration with the technical team
draft functional specifications including use cases, modeling, scenarios, and associated management rules
implement the testing strategy through plan creation and execution in compliance with client requirements
maintain project documentation
identify impacts and gaps within the functional domain
provide functional support to the implementation team throughout the project.

Exigences:

You have client service skills, ensuring an understanding of client needs to provide solutions meeting their expectations
you have the ability to seek innovative solutions by understanding client issues and proposing systematic solutions
you possess strong interpersonal skills, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and adapting your discourse appropriately
you demonstrate rigor and organizational skills, which are assets for structuring, capitalizing, and formalizing key project documentation
you hold a Bac +5 degree, ideally with some technical concepts in your background.
