Internship within the Revenue Operations department, a transversal department supporting business teams (Sales Development, Sales, Account Management). The role focuses on three themes: performance analysis, tool and process optimization, and knowledge management.
Responsabilités
Data analysis & Reporting: Collect data from CRM (Hubspot) and dashboards
Track and pilot sales team performance indicators
Understand the client cycle and propose data-based recommendations
Write and share reports (e.g., monthly report, Revenue All Hands)
Provide detailed reports on strategic business topics
Liaise with data teams for major growth projects
Process and tools: Optimize processes operated by business teams
Improve cooperation with Finance and Data teams
Develop new commercial workflows to reduce sales cycles
Monitor and analyze sales performance data to implement corrective actions
Documentation and team support: Maintain and update internal knowledge base
Create and manage team training sessions

Exigences
Very comfortable with Excel
Fluent in French and English
Solid analytical skills
Proactive in proposing and implementing new solutions in a creative team and environment
Organized and rigorous to manage different projects in parallel
Understands the challenges and processes of a sales team
Possesses interpersonal skills and clear communication to work cross-functionally and interact with stakeholders up to C-level
Souhaitable
Knowledge in SQL, database, and Dataviz (Omni)
Familiarity with a CRM like HubSpot
