Description du poste:

Business Analyst position in the Defense & Security Business Unit, working on critical systems for military and civil aviation. The role involves being a strategic intermediary between business teams and technical teams, understanding business/project needs, formalizing them, and supporting the implementation of appropriate solutions.

Responsabilités:

Analyze business needs through workshops, interviews, or field observations
Write specifications and functional requirements
Model processes (BPMN, Visio, Bizagi)
Design functional solutions aligned with technical, regulatory and budgetary constraints
Participate in functional architecture design and technical validation
Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions
Participate in testing phases (strategy, execution, anomaly tracking)
Monitor deployments and incidents
Analyze system performance and propose optimizations
Maintain business and technological watch to anticipate developments

Exigences:

BAC +5 from engineering school or equivalent university
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
Rigorous, curious, proactive personality
Analytical and project management skills
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Swagger, Figma, Azure DevOps
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and BDD
