Business Analyst

• analyze monitoring needs from Business Owner clients, product manager, and operational teams
• lead technical studies with Engineering and upstream/downstream IT teams
• write User Stories for evolution requests
• carry the product vision to the development team
• prioritize Sprint contents to maximize their value
• perform tests (QA and UAT) and contribute to their automation
• support operational appropriation: demo, pilot, documentation, training
• ensure required availability (SLA) of deployed solutions by implementing necessary supervision
• promote the solution by regularly communicating on the evolutions brought, the covered client base, etc.

• solid experience as a Business Analyst in an agile project environment

• knowledge of the telecommunications sector, particularly in IP data transport, VPN, Internet, and SDWAN
• skills in network administration and monitoring
• mastery of technical English, both written and spoken
