Description du poste:

Join Sopra Steria’s internal Information System Directorate to contribute to transforming and modernizing the group’s internal information system while interacting with a diverse and multicultural international team. Tasks include ensuring operational application maintenance (MCO), conducting end-to-end tests, participating in the production and deployment of updated or new applications, and acquiring functional expertise in key business domains.

Responsabilités:

Ensuring operational maintenance (MCO) of applications in the information system
participating in innovative projects across various business domains (HR, Finance, Procurement, etc.)
conducting end-to-end tests to validate application conformity with the group’s system
participating in production launches for updates or new applications
configuring and deploying applications
supervising applications
tracking production incidents in coordination with DSI teams
monitoring operational activities related to group actions such as mergers/acquisitions
acquiring expertise in key business and operational processes.

Exigences:

At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst(e), Testing Engineer, or Project Owner
functional and technical expertise to understand solutions implemented within the DSI
proficiency in SQL queries
a Bac+5 degree from an engineering school or equivalent university education
autonomy and rigor in daily activities
strong relational qualities and ability to adapt to diverse interlocutors
proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
