Description du poste:

Join an ambitious and innovative project based in Nantes to develop cutting-edge Salesforce solutions and functionalities. Collaborate with industry experts on strategic initiatives that offer exciting technical challenges and long-term professional growth opportunities.

Responsabilités:

Gather and analyze user needs and stakeholder requirements to define business requirements
Draft detailed functional specifications and design documents
Model and optimize business processes using Salesforce functionalities
Configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating reports, dashboards, and workflows
Participate in testing of developed solutions to ensure compliance with requirements
Train end-users on new features and best Salesforce practices
Provide continuous support to users to resolve issues and optimize Salesforce usage
Collaborate closely with technical teams and project managers to ensure project success

Exigences:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specific expertise in Salesforce projects
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in modeling business processes
Good understanding of Salesforce features and capabilities, ideally with Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, etc.)
Excellent communication, both written and oral, for effective interaction with users and teams
Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
Strong capability to write clear and detailed documentation
Adaptability to a constantly evolving environment and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to closely collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders

Souhaitable:

Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator)
Aptitude to transmit knowledge, e.g., through conferences or meetups
