As a Business Analyst Monétique - Acquisition et Acceptation, you will drive the analysis, implementation, and optimization of payment acquisition solutions for our clients. From defining client needs and writing functional specifications to overseeing solution deployment and ensuring compliance with regulations, your work will contribute to creating secure, seamless, and innovative payment processes.

Responsabilités:

Analyze client needs and define requirements for payment acquisition solutions
prepare detailed functional specifications
optimize payment acquisition processes with latest technologies
manage client relations and coordinate with teams to ensure client satisfaction
propose innovative solutions tailored to payment challenges
stay updated on technological and regulatory developments in the payment sector
oversee integration and deployment of payment acquisition solutions in line with deadlines and quality requirements
train and support clients post-deployment.

Exigences:

Competence in payment solutions (Carte, SCT, SDD, operations and payment infrastructure, cashing)
project management skills
appetite for new technologies
excellent relational skills
adaptability and analytical skills
degree from an engineering school, business school, or university equivalent
minimum 3 years of experience in the banking and/or payment domain
fluency in English.

Souhaitable:

Knowledge of international standards such as PCI-DSS, PSD2
innovation-driven mindset
interest in trends like contactless payments, biometrics, tokenization.
