Description du poste:

Rattaché(e) à Cyril, Leader Delivery, vous rejoindrez la squad « GEDICOM » composée de 8 personnes, pour accompagner l’évolution de nos solutions pour les univers « particuliers » et « commerçants » d’AVEM. Dans un premier temps, vous contribuerez à l’implémentation d’une solution de knowledge management afin de centraliser les connaissances d’AVEM. A moyen terme, ce poste de Business Analyst s’étendra à l’ensemble des solutions gérées par la squad GEDICOM.

Responsabilités:

  • Participer à l’expression du besoin
  • Analyser les besoins des équipes dans le cadre du paramétrage de la solution
  • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles
  • Collaborer avec l’éditeur pour clarifier les besoins et exigences d’AVEM
  • Elaborer la conception fonctionnelle et technique
  • Participer au déploiement de la solution de knowledge management
  • Contribuer à l’affinage du backlog en fonction des premiers retours des équipes (découpage des tâches, estimation…)
  • Collaborer avec des prestataires externes (dans ce cas-précis, un éditeur)
  • Assurer le recettage
  • Construire la stratégie de test et réaliser (avec l’équipe) les tests avant mise en production pour s’assurer de la qualité des livrables
  • Suivre et valider les recettes si nécessaire
  • Assurer le support fonctionnel et partager son expertise
  • Analyser les anomalies et conduire la résolution des incidents et demandes d’évolution
  • Apporter son expertise fonctionnelle à l’équipe
  • Contribuer à la documentation nécessaire (cahier de recette, document utilisateurs, etc…)
  • Contribuer à l’accompagnement au changement des équipes : élaboration de supports de formations,…
  • Participer et contribuer aux événements Agile de l’équipe (Daily Sprint meeting / Sprint Planning / Sprint review / Retro / Affinage / ….)
  • Proposer des actions d’amélioration des méthodes, processus et modes opératoires

Exigences:

  • Diplômé(e) d'un Master en informatique (gestion de projets, développement…)
  • Solide expérience (7 ans) en tant que Business Analyst dans un contexte technique (multi solutions)
  • Expérience dans des contextes de BUILD et de RUN
  • Expérience de travail en mode AGILE
  • Bon relationnel pour collaborer efficacement avec les métiers et les prestataires

  • Define testing strategy, identify and validate test cases (scenarios, test plans, test campaign management), support approvers
