The 'Services Publics' team at Sopra Steria modernizes public services for citizens and state agents, working with administrations and ministries. They innovate in areas like AI, mobility, and Big Data while respecting social and environmental constraints. The team designs simple and intuitive applications that meet the needs of public agents and citizens, adhering to accessibility and ecological requirements.

Responsabilités:

Understand business needs to integrate them into the company's information system
act as an interface between business teams and development teams
participate in defining an information system that meets challenges and constraints
conduct usage and data analysis, mock-ups, and prototyping
adopt an eco-design approach to reduce environmental impacts
optimize ergonomics for the best user experience
facilitate client workshops
participate in functional specifications and qualification
supervise and train collaborators
participate in recruitment, coaching, training, and pre-sales activities depending on experience

Exigences:

Master 2, diplôme d'Ingénieurs or equivalent
at least 4 years of experience
user-oriented approach
ability to collaborate with clients
adaptability to different interlocutors
quick reaction to changes
