Né de la volonté du groupe LVMH, leader mondial du luxe, de s’implanter dans le secteur de la lunetterie, Thélios conçoit, produit et distribue des lunettes de soleil et des montures optiques pour certaines de ses plus prestigieuses Maisons : Dior, Fendi, Celine, Givenchy, Loewe, Stella McCartney, Kenzo, Berluti, Bulgari, Tag Heuer et Fred. Thélios possède par ailleurs deux marques en propre, Barton Perreira et Vuarnet. Rattaché.e au Country Manager, l’Ambassadeur.drice prospecte et développe la clientèle pour les collections Eyewear des Maisons du portefeuille Thélios et toute nouvelle Maison à venir dans cette gamme de produits pour la région Ile-de-France.

Responsabilités

  • Défendre et développer la stratégie de l’entreprise et des Maisons
  • Analyser et positionner les différents potentiels de son territoire, élaborer un business plan
  • Auditer les points de vente clients ou non clients
  • Développer de véritables partenariats avec nos clients
  • Respecter la politique commerciale et les procédures
  • Respecter et contrôler les réassorts
  • Former et conseiller les clients sur les produits, les innovations techniques, et la communication
  • Transmettre aux clients la spécificité de l’approche et le concept des Maisons
  • Evènementiel : aider les clients à communiquer
  • Reporter au Country Manager des demandes particulières et /ou litiges
  • Travailler en équipe avec les autres Ambassadeurs, et avec l’ensemble des autres réseaux de distribution

Exigences

  • BAC +3/+5 formation commerciale
  • 5 années d’expérience minimum à un poste commercial
  • Maîtrise des logiciels du Pack Office
  • Maîtrise courante du français et de l’anglais exigée
  • Autonomie
  • Dynamisme
  • Sens de la relation client et du service
  • Présentation soignée et posture professionnelle

Souhaitable

  • La connaissance du secteur du luxe est un plus

  • Direct the preparation, presentation, and achievement of hotel operating budgets, sales and marketing commercial plans, and capital budgets
  • Actively participate in industry associations, community initiatives, and key stakeholder engagement opportunities
  • Ensure monthly financial forecasts and regional outlooks are timely, accurate, and aligned with business objectives
  • Recruit, develop, mentor, and manage the region's leadership team to deliver exceptional luxury service while maximizing revenue and profitability
  • Lead and support the recruitment and succession planning of senior leadership positions throughout the region
  • Conduct regular assessments of leadership talent and organizational capability
  • Develop and implement innovative programs in response to market trends and revenue opportunities
