Description du poste:

Bid Manager position in the Defense & Security Business Unit, within the C2SO Agency, developing and marketing high-value technological products such as Crimson (supervision, command assistance and C2 management software) and Inscape (3D simulation applications editor), and managing various projects in security, defense and industry sectors.

Responsabilités:

Pilot and coordinate responses to complex tenders integrating INSCAPE VTS (Immersive Training) and Crimson (C2) solutions
Analyze specifications and define response strategy with technical, commercial and legal teams
Ensure quality process of the bid: organize and lead Go/No Go reviews, legal review, financial review, transfer review
Manage schedule, deliverables and internal and external contributions
Identify and mobilize strategic partners to strengthen offer competitiveness
Present and defend proposals to customers and decision-making bodies
Ensure regular reporting on progress, risks and opportunities related to files processed

Exigences:

BAC+5 engineering school or equivalent
Minimum 5 years experience in responding to complex tenders for technological solutions (C2, simulation, immersive training) on European markets
Professional mastery of English, both oral and written
Strategic vision
Analytical mind
Oral and written communication skills
