NOUS RECRUTONS Dans le cadre d’une création suite au développement des activités, un poste d’Attaché-e Commercial-e est à pourvoir au sein du pôle Vente rattaché à la Direction Commerciale et Innovation. Poste basé à Avignon.
Responsabilités:
Commercialize real estate and land assets (apartments, commercial premises, new-build home ownership programs (VEFA, PSLA, BRS, Pinel), building plots...)
Prospect potential clients to develop sales activity results
Implement commercial approaches to generate client contacts (prospecting, sales pitches, advertisements, posters/signs, site visits, trade shows...)
Prepare prospect meetings, adapt the sales pitch to convert prospects into clients
Check the solvency of potential clients, propose products suited to their projects
Manage and develop a client portfolio by providing advice, support and fostering loyalty
Analyze prospecting feedback, define corrective actions to improve the transaction conversion rate
Support the client in preparing the notarial file in liaison with the land legal expert
Monitor the sales file from signature, from pre-contract to the authentic deed, according to procedures and delegations (client follow-up, bank, delivery of the land or new home)
Develop and manage networks to win new clients and ensure business potential, particularly with prescribers (CCMIST)
Promote assets to be commercialized to external and internal networks
Provide quantitative and qualitative reporting on activity and results / Completeness of the CRM software
Exigences:
Bac+2 (immobilier, gestion administrative) and/or first successful experience in real estate sales
Mastery of real estate sales techniques
Knowledge of real estate law, urban planning and HLM regulations
Knowledge of home ownership schemes
Mastery of banking arrangements and ability to assess financial feasibility
Proactivity with prospects
Organizational skills
Administrative rigor
Knowledge of the territory and its real estate market specifics
Minimum 5 years experience
