Responsabilités:

  • Assurer la réception des dossiers visas et leur dépôt et le traitement des per diem
  • Traiter les réservations de billets d’avions, trains, ou tout autre moyen de transport, les réservations d’hôtels conformément aux demandes de missions instruites sur JIRA
  • Réception auprès des collaborateurs des dossiers de demandes de visas, dépôt des demandes visas et leur suivi
  • Traitement des per diem conformément aux demandes de mission sur JIRA, préparation des ordres de mission et des dossiers d’alimentation des cartes bancaires
  • Suivi des notes de frais relatives aux frais de missions
  • Gestion des réservations de la billetterie conformément aux demandes de missions approuvées sur JIRA et dans le respect des policies du groupe
  • Gestion des réservations des hôtels conformément aux demandes de missions approuvées sur JIRA et dans le respect des policies du groupe
  • Contrôle des factures travel et leur affectation par agence

Exigences:

  • Bac +3 ou plus Economie, gestion, …
  • Bonne maitrise de la langue Française en oral et écrit
  • Anglais écrit et parlé
