Assistant

Physically located at the company's reception and under the responsibility of the Purchasing Manager, your missions consist of ensuring the physical and telephone reception of visitors: filtering, orientation, message taking, response to solicitations. You manage agendas, plan appointments, meetings, and professional trips for the General Director as well as the trips of the works team: train tickets, car rentals, staff accommodation...). Finally, you handle office supply orders and contact with service providers for works and other services including internal events and participate in certain administrative missions for internal training of collaborators. This position, based in NANTES, is to be filled for a 4-month mission that may evolve. The gross annual salary is negotiable based on your experience over 12 months. The weekly volume is 38H30 mn.
