Assistant Store Manager for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein at Galeries Lafayette in Nice Cap 3000, part of PVH, one of the world's largest apparel companies.

Responsabilités:

  • Federate the team around commercial objectives and operational excellence of the store
  • Pilot objectives and support the team in implementing corrective actions focused on performance
  • Develop skills through structured field coaching and optimal use of training tools (PVH Play)
  • Ensure the integration of new employees
  • Animate daily and weekly briefings to align, inform, and engage the team around business priorities
  • Sell brand products and develop store sales indicators (PM, TT, IV)
  • Handle cash register and manage cash
  • Build customer loyalty through impeccable service quality
  • Analyze turnover and KPIs and report to the hierarchical manager
  • Fight against unknown shrinkage
  • Optimize store and stockroom organization to ensure smooth performance
  • Contribute to schedule construction and proper resource allocation
  • Guarantee daily respect of PVH procedures and standards
  • Control store commerciality to maintain an optimal customer experience
  • Implement, update, guarantee standards, and renew products on the sales floor respecting Visual Merchandiser guidelines
  • Ensure good maintenance and respect of visual merchandising instructions
  • Implement commercial operations and ensure their follow-up

  • Check malt barley quality (visual/sensory), ensure consistent QC compliance, and coordinate with Quality/QC teams on off-spec materials
  • Verify quantities against dispatch documents
  • prepare and validate receiving notes, vouchers, and system records
  • Ensure timely unloading, proper storage, and authorized transfer of barley to the Boortmalt plant store
  • Control and track all barley shipments and internal transfers
  • maintain accurate daily reports and ERP/Source system entries
  • Maintain a clean, pest-free store environment and ensure all safety equipment and PPE compliance
