Integrated into the Operations Department, you will report to the Fragrance Sales Forecaster and work in collaboration with the entire Operations Department (13 people). You will be the key contact for forecasts of new products, gift sets (Hermès Holidays, Father's Day, Mother's Day) and Limited Editions. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for the 18-month forecast for a dedicated worldwide product scope. Finally, you will support the Demand Plan team in improving and creating new processes and tools following the company's growth dynamics.

Responsabilités

Monthly management of the forecast for a specific product scope worldwide using the statistical tool (ERP) DSCP
Participation in monthly Market meetings for forecast construction
Estimation of sales potential (revenue and quantity) for new products within your scope
Construction of Market inquiries for new products, gift sets, and limited editions, in connection with all 360° process stakeholders
Analysis and challenge of Market inquiry feedback
Consolidation of new product forecasts, sharing potential gaps with Supply Chain
Preparation and participation in monthly operational meetings with Markets
Maintenance of the central database for reference changes and modifications
Improvement, automation, and creation of new forecasting support tools
Participation in the implementation of new intra and/or inter-departmental processes (Supply Chain, Markets, Customer Service...)

Exigences

First successful experience of minimum 6 months, ideally in analytical functions (forecasting, management control, supply chain, business analyst...)
Following a curriculum in Business School, Engineering School, IAE, University or equivalent
Strong interest in supply chain, appetite for figures analysis, information systems while demonstrating interpersonal skills
Advanced mastery of Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint
Rigorous and organized
Versatile and able to carry out missions autonomously
Fluent English (written and spoken)
