L’Assistant(e)Manager Technique assure la maintenance des différents équipements de l’hôtel et participe à sa planification. Il possède les connaissances de base pour diagnostiquer et effectuer toutes les réparations de l'équipement et ce dans l'ensemble du bâtiment. Il assiste le Manager Technique dans toutes ses tâches et le remplace en son absence.

Responsabilités:

  • Assurer la maintenance des différents équipements de l’hôtel et participer à sa planification
  • Diagnostiquer et effectuer les réparations de l'équipement dans l'ensemble du bâtiment
  • Assister le Manager Technique dans toutes ses tâches et le remplacer en son absence
  • Superviser l’équipe Maintenance
  • Assurer le service technique de l’Hôtel
  • Être le lien entre les collaborateurs de l’hôtel et le Responsable Technique
  • Préparer les ouvertures de l’hôtels à chaque saison été comme hiver
  • Gestion des problèmes techniques pendant l’intersaison
  • Assurer les astreintes pendant la saison
  • Assurer les besoins techniques quotidiens

Exigences:

  • Permis de travail valide
  • Français courant
  • Expérience significative dans l’hôtellerie de luxe
  • Expérience dans un établissement saisonnier
  • Respect des standards de qualité
  • Personne sérieuse, dynamique, présentant un grand professionnalisme et un grand savoir-être
  • Motivation et dynamisme
