Vous recherchez un stage en banque et vous avez un intérêt pour l'implémentation ? Alors cette offre est faite pour vous ! L’équipe Implémentation comprend en Europe deux pôles de plusieurs implémentation managers répartis par typologie de clients, Corporate / Non Bank Financial Institutions et Financial Institutions et un autre pôle pour la mise en place de solutions RSF. L’équipe comprend aussi un pôle en Asie, les implémentation managers sont basés dans les pays où Crédit Agricole CIB est présent selon les solutions à mettre en place. Les membres de l’équipe peuvent être en transverse sur plusieurs pôles selon leurs expertises. Vous serez en coordination avec un senior implémentation manager, en charge de l’implémentation des solutions/produits de la gamme Transaction Banking.

Responsabilités:

  • Implémentation des projets, le TB Implementation : Est responsable de l’implémentation des mandats obtenus auprès des clients Corporate, NBFI et FI principalement en EMEA
  • Est responsable du planning d’implémentation qu’il évalue et dont il assure la livraison des différentes phases dans le cadre d’un suivi personnalisé avec le Client
  • Coordonne l’ensemble des acteurs internes (Produits, Sales, BO, Client Service, BPI, …) et externes concernés jusqu’à la mise en place opérationnelle complète des Solutions/Produits ITB
  • Alerte à bon escient, de manière factuelle et argumentée, en proposant des solutions, en cas de risque potentiel ou avéré
  • Les implémentations se font au gré des mandats clients et le suivi en étroite collaboration avec le ou les TB Sales concernés
  • Le TB Implementation sera mobilisé par le Global Head of Implementation dans le cadre de la gestion du portefeuille de Mandats à implémenter pour le compte des TB Sales
  • Marketing de l’équipe implémentation. En charge de générer et mettre à jour les supports de présentation internes sur : L’avancement des projets en cours
  • Les projets importants finalisés
  • Les statistiques de l’équipe
  • Accompagnement du manager lors des présentations internes
  • Elaboration des comptes rendus de réunions

Exigences:

  • Bac + 3 / L3
  • Formation : Université, école de commerce ou d'ingénieurs
  • Spécialisation : Finance, Commerce International
  • Niveau d'expérience minimum 0 - 2 ans

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in executing departmental goals, including guest satisfaction, loyalty program enrollment and management, upsell revenues, and colleague engagement
  • Lead and coach colleagues to provide luxury guest service, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences
