Description du poste:

Within the e-commerce department, and more specifically the E-merchandising division, you assist the E-Merchandising team on the launch and activation of AMI Paris collections on the site amiparis.com. You perform daily site monitoring for an optimal customer experience.

Responsabilités:

Assist the E-Merchandising team on the launch and activation of AMI Paris collections on amiparis.com
Perform daily site monitoring for an optimal customer experience
Contribute to the management of collection launches and capsule launches: proofreading the product catalog, formatting, creating import files, checking product page information, creating up-sell, cross-sell, etc.
Guarantee online content by updating it according to the commercial calendar (homepage, navigation, runway page, T&Cs, terms of use, banner, footer, etc.) in all languages available on the site (English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Italian, Spanish)
Assist in the good harmony of visuals on the site
Perform regular monitoring of amiparis.com: bug detection, ticket tracking and implementation of downstream corrective actions
Update e-merchandising weekly ensuring proper respect of guidelines
Work with the E-merchandising Manager on the creation of editorial pages and implement them accordingly
Regularly monitor key site KPIs: analysis of categories, best-sellers by category, by gender, by color, stock analysis
Use Contentsquare weekly: analysis of the homepage, navigation, PLPs and PDPs, exposure rate, scroll rate: click-through rate, click recurrence, conversion rate per click

Exigences:

First experience in e-commerce in the fashion or luxury industry
Experience working on a CMS (Content Management System)
Real affinity for the digital world
Rigorous, proactive, and organized
Autonomous profile
Very good command of Excel and generally the Office Pack
Fluent French and English
