IKEA, a leader in home furnishing solutions, is looking for a Financial Management Assistant to join their team. The role involves accounting and internal control missions, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax standards, and internal procedures. The candidate will work alongside the Management Control and Operations Manager.

Responsabilités:

Participate in the preparation of the annual budget for management expenses
produce monthly follow-up with explanation of any discrepancies
manage the invoice, purchase, and expense report system
prepare and account for various operations (provisions, re-invoicing, etc.)
monitor invoices and ensure their payment on time
manage fixed assets by organizing the annual inventory
account for unpaid customer receivables and take necessary steps for their collection
conduct internal controls within the finance/administration department and propose an action plan if necessary
lead internal controls for other departments

Exigences:

Oriented towards results
sense of priorities and respect for deadlines
ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment
teamwork skills
seeks more efficient working methods
significant experience in accounting management, preferably in a multicultural and/or international organization
experience with computerized accounting/management systems
clear communication skills
comfortable communicating in English (written and oral)
