Assistant d'agence

• Manage orders of supplies and material necessary for the agency's operation
• Participate in the recording and monitoring of work orders, with transmission to headquarters
• Handle customer and supplier invoicing follow-up
• Receive and process telephone calls, ensuring caller orientation
• Participate in drafting correspondence and administrative documents (reports, notices of passage, etc.)
• Ensure follow-up of after-sales service intervention requests and management of customer requests
• Contribute to the follow-up of outstanding payments and customer reminders
• Participate in the overall administrative management of the agency and the smooth running of daily activities

Thou shalt master office tools (Pack Office) and be comfortable with internal software. Thou shalt be rigorous, organized and methodical in thy work. Thou shalt have good interpersonal skills and good oral expression.
