International Trade & Transaction Banking (ITB) is the Transactional and International Trade Bank of Crédit Agricole CIB. This business line brings together the teams of Commercial Banking, Trade Finance, Export Finance and Global Commodity Finance (Commodities). You will join more particularly the Cash Management products team of ITB.

Responsabilités

Management of 'OPTIM.net', the international Cash Management portal of CA-CIB
Management of SWIFTNet, EBICS, SFTP and PeSIT (file transfer protocols)
Improvement of supports available to the sales team to ensure promotion (Product sheets, Commercial pitches...)
Internal/external training on the OPTIM.net tool in the form of remote demonstrations
Active participation in development projects of the various channels in an international environment, in support of product managers, in the design of requirements, dialogue with IT teams, pilot phase until commercial launch
Participate in the geographical extension of our offers and the creation of our Open banking offer
Participation in the evolution of contractual documentation

Exigences

Bac + 4 / M1 minimum education level
University, business school education
Specialization in Banking, Finance
0 - 2 years minimum experience
Good command of oral and written English
Mastery of Office Pack
Fluent French & English
Organizational skills
Team spirit
Adaptability
Analytical and synthesis skills
