Au sein de l'équipe Capital Markets & Asset Management, vous êtes le garant de la relation entre Colonies et ses partenaires investisseurs. Véritable chef d’orchestre, vous animez la relation contractuelle, pilotez la performance des actifs et coordonnez l’ensemble des équipes internes pour garantir la création de valeur sur chaque résidence. Vous êtes à la fois un négociateur aguerri face à des investisseurs institutionnels exigeants, un asset manager capable de croiser les enjeux immobiliers, commerciaux et opérationnels de Colonies, et un pilote qui assure le suivi et l'optimisation continue des contrats dont il a la charge. Nous cherchons un profil capable de prendre de la hauteur, d'analyser la performance dans sa globalité, de formuler des recommandations stratégiques et de les défendre en négociation.

Exigences:

  • Diplômé(e) d’une grande école de commerce, d’ingénieurs ou d’un master spécialisé en immobilier, finance ou droit des affaires
  • 7 ans d’expérience minimum en asset management immobilier, gestion de fonds ou conseil stratégique avec forte exposition investisseurs
  • Expérience avérée en négociation directe avec des investisseurs institutionnels ou des propriétaires patrimoniaux
  • Expérience dans un environnement multi-pays appréciée
  • Résidentiel géré, hôtellerie ou flex living est un plus significatif
  • Capacité à prendre de la hauteur et à analyser un actif dans sa globalité
  • Sens de la négociation
  • Orienté(e) impact
  • Leadership et initiative
  • Excellente maîtrise des baux commerciaux, mandats de gestion et cadre réglementaire (loi Hoguet, réglementations européennes)
  • Solides compétences en modélisation financière, analyse de rentabilité et construction de business plans immobiliers

  • Utilisation quotidienne d’outils d’intelligence artificielle intégrée à vos routines de travail
  • Anglais courant impératif
  • Une troisième langue européenne, l’espagnol notamment, est un plus
