Aimez-vous travailler avec des clients issus de différents secteurs afin de les aider à rendre leurs environnements de travail plus sûrs ? Vous êtes un profil orienté résultats, capable de développer du business et surtout de transformer des opportunités en deals concrets ? Ce rôle s’adresse à quelqu’un qui ne se contente pas de gérer, mais qui fait avancer et clore les opportunités. L’Area Sales Manager (ASM) est responsable du développement et de la gestion de son portefeuille clients sur sa zone. Le rôle combine le développement des clients existants avec l’identification et la conversion de nouvelles opportunités commerciales. Vous développez vos clients existants tout en générant activement de nouvelles opportunités, avec pour objectif de transformer ces opportunités en commandes concrètes. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec un Internal Sales Executive (ISE) et prenez en charge l’ensemble du cycle de vente, de la prospection jusqu’au closing. Le poste consiste à proposer des solutions techniques sur mesure, à développer les ventes additionnelles et à contribuer directement à la croissance du chiffre d’affaires régional.

Responsabilités

  • Développer activement votre portefeuille clients existants en générant du volume supplémentaire et en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités
  • Identifier et qualifier les prospects et opportunités selon une approche structurée (incluant BANT C) afin de comprendre les besoins, les décideurs et les délais
  • Faire avancer vos opportunités jusqu’au closing et les transformer en commandes concrètes
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l’ISE pour gérer efficacement l’ensemble du cycle de vente et accélérer la conversion des opportunités
  • Construire et maintenir un pipeline commercial solide et réaliste, permettant d’atteindre vos objectifs de croissance
  • Prendre l’entière responsabilité de la gestion, de la croissance et de la performance de votre zone
  • Réaliser des visites clients, des audits sur site et proposer des solutions adaptées aux enjeux spécifiques des clients
  • Développer des relations clients solides, tout en restant orienté résultats et développement du business
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des opportunités et des clients dans le CRM

Exigences

  • Expérience confirmée en développement commercial et gestion de comptes, avec des résultats mesurables
  • Capacité à développer des clients existants tout en générant de nouvelles opportunités
  • Solides compétences en négociation et en closing
  • Capacité à faire avancer des opportunités jusqu’à leur conclusion
  • Très bonnes aptitudes en communication et en présentation
  • Sens aigu de l’organisation, gestion efficace des priorités et maîtrise des outils CRM
  • Approche structurée, orientée résultats et action
  • Bonne connaissance de la lecture de plans de construction et capacité à effectuer des relevés de mesures précis sur site
  • Permis de conduire valide
  • Langues requises : Français et néerlandais
