Description du poste:

Au sein du département Architecture, vous prenez en charge la réalisation, la gestion et le suivi des travaux des points de vente, depuis leur phase de conception (rénovation, modification, fermeture) jusqu’à leur livraison, pour la région EMEA. En tant qu’Architecture Project Manager, vous collaborez et communiquez activement avec l’ensemble des départements impliqués dans la réouverture ou la rénovation d’un point de vente.

Responsabilités:

  • Gérer des projets type light refurbishments sur plusieurs zones géographiques (EMEA), depuis leurs plans de conception jusqu’à leur livraison
  • Veiller au respect des budgets et du planning
  • Concevoir les esquisses architecturales pour les projets
  • Assurer un reporting de l’état d’avancement des projets au Responsable Architecture Région EMEA
  • Contrôler les travaux en conformité avec le cahier des charges et dans le respect des recommandations et guidelines de la Maison et de son Directeur Artistique

Exigences:

  • Formation en architecture
  • Minimum de quatre à cinq années d’expérience en environnement Retail, de préférence au sein d’une maison de Luxe
  • Bonnes connaissances générales de la construction et du suivi de chantiers
  • Expérience dans l’implantation de concepts de boutiques
  • Maîtrise impérative de l’anglais
  • Maîtrise de AutoCAD, SketchUp et Photoshop
  • Attentif aux détails, agile face aux imprévus, proactif, organisé et doté d’une forte aisance relationnelle
  • Capable de tenir des budgets, de travailler en équipe et de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément

  • Facilitate workshops to co-create solutions with clients
  • Contribute to the commercial development of Hudson's activities in Brussels and Wallonia
