Responsabilités:

Design robust and scalable Salesforce solutions based on client needs and industry best practices
ensure adherence to the strategic roadmap by defining and implementing the IT master plan
collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
develop and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions
provide technical support and advice to development teams and end users
identify innovation opportunities and propose continuous improvements to optimize existing solutions
train internal teams on new Salesforce features and best practices
stay updated on the latest technological trends and developments in the Salesforce ecosystem
provide strategic advice to clients to support their digital transition
manage and lead a team of junior technical consultants and architects.

Exigences:

Minimum 8 years of experience as a solutions architect, with specific expertise in Salesforce projects
solid technical skills in Salesforce development and integration, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
ideally certified with advanced Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect
ability to design complex technical solutions aligned with business objectives
excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues effectively
collaboration skills to work closely with development teams, project leaders, and stakeholders
adaptability to rapidly changing technologies and project requirements
strategic vision to broadly address project issues.
