Sopra Steria, a major European Tech player with 51,000 employees across 30 countries, drives digital transformation for large enterprises by combining industry-specific expertise with collaborative approaches. The role involves defining software architectures, designing solutions, coordinating teams, and implementing standards in Java-based environments within financial services.

Responsabilités:

Define Java-based software architecture ensuring coherence, maintainability, and performance
Design and update software solutions based on project requirements and technical constraints
Coordinate development teams to ensure code quality and standardization
Collaborate with Software Project Manager to create technical schedules and estimate workloads
Establish coding standards and best practices
Conduct active technological watch to prevent obsolescence and evolve technical environments
Implement technical frameworks and production tools with DevOps and transversal architects

Exigences:

Experience as a Software Architect in complex and demanding environments
Strong team collaboration skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
Expertise in defining software architecture for Java applications ensuring coherence, maintainability, and performance
Ability to work with challenging technical topics while keeping a strategic view
Knowledge of Master 2 degree or equivalent (Engineering School or University)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles

Souhaitable:

Experience with CI/CD, testing and monitoring tools
Exposure to DevOps practices
Technical expertise and ability to train and guide teams effectively
