• Follow up on purchase requests, input and validate orders
• receive materials, manage reception slips, and organize storage
• update article, supplier, and client databases in ERP (GX)
• manage framework contracts and consumables
• input and reconcile supplier invoices
• input client orders and invoices
• manage support contracts (insurance, telephony, fuel, etc.)
• contribute to corporate administrative structuring and operations
• prepare materials and tools for worksites
• track security equipment, legal controls, and inventories
• support site audits and MASE procedures
• provide occasional assistance to the project manager

• Bac+2 or higher
• first successful experience in a similar position
• autonomy

• MASE certification
• knowledge of ERP GX is a plus
