Responsabilités
BRAND COMMUNICATION - RP et influence: Contribute to RP and online/offline influence communication strategy
Participate in campaign creation and influencer briefs
Support organization of RP launches and performance tracking
Événements: Contribute to organizing events like the Cannes Festival, Fashion Week or internal events
Identify and contact relevant journalists and influencers
Analyze quantitative impacts (social media content, press) and support product launches
Réseaux sociaux: Responsible for managing editorial calendar and community animation on various social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube)
Analyze quantitative performance and design attractive visual supports
CORPORATE COMMUNICATION - Communication Institutionnelle: At the heart of L'Oréal's influence strategy
Participate in defining and deploying our global corporate communication, covering key issues such as CSR, public affairs and crisis management
Contribute to protecting and enhancing the Group's reputation, creating impactful content in collaboration with our international teams and actively participating in implementing our communication actions
Communication interne: Become a key player in our employees' engagement
Participate in creating and coordinating our internal communication plan, imagining innovative actions to inform, inspire and unite our teams worldwide
Follow the development of our communication tools, measure their impact with precise KPIs and contribute to enhancing our employees' experience
Exigences
Student in Master (Bac+4/5) within a communication, journalism, business school or university (specialization Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Marketing Communication), looking for a gap year or end-of-study internship
Have an apprenticeship or professionalization contract issued by your school
Fluent in English and French (excellent writing level in both languages)
Master office tools (PowerPoint for impactful presentations, Word for writing), basics of media relations, and comfortable with professional social networks
Knowledge of media monitoring or reputation measurement tools would be a plus
Excellent writing and oral skills, a keen sense of diplomacy and listening, proactive, reactive and with a strong team spirit
Curiosity for societal issues, ethics and ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment
