Analyste Performance & Valeur – Product Service Line IA & Analytics (Apprenti Bac +5). You will join the Product Service Line (PSL) IA & Analytics responsible for developing and implementing key capabilities (Generative AI, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Data Platforms, ELT/Data Integration) for a financial scope exceeding €9M, with major operational performance and value creation challenges. Your apprenticeship will consist of contributing to the design, implementation, and operation of a performance and value steering system for the IA & Analytics Product Service Line for over 15,000 users, linking services, projects, finances, and data governance, to support factual and actionable performance dialogue. Ideally, this apprenticeship lasting 18 to 24 months (24 months recommended) will begin at the start of the 2026 school year.

Responsabilités

Performance Steering of Services (RUN): Definition of performance indicators (including MTTR), construction of dashboards (availability, incidents, SLA), root cause analysis, and identification of levers to improve service reliability
Project Steering & Agile Delivery (BUILD): Modeling of delivery pipelines, monitoring and analysis of agile metrics (throughput, lead time, predictability, rework rate), construction of project steering dashboards
Financial Steering & Forecasts: Contribution to budget monitoring, construction of operational forecast views, analysis of forecast reliability and production of financial risk exposure indicators
Indicator Engineering (KPI Engineering): Design of indicators (result-oriented, actionable, stable) and formalization of the PSL KPI dictionary (calculation rules, alert thresholds)
Dashboards & Visualization: Design and implementation of multi-level dashboards (executive, product/capability, operational) ensuring their coherence and readability
Data Governance, Cataloging & Lineage: Contribution to the structuring of the data catalog, documentation of data products, definition of owners and exploitation of data lineage

Exigences

Currently preparing a Bac +5 diploma (Master 2, Engineering Degree or Specialized Master) in Data Science / Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science / Information Systems, Information Systems Management or Digital with a strong data component or a related discipline
Solid data analysis and modeling skills
Mastery of BI / Data Visualization tools (notably Qlik Sense) and understanding of data architectures
Notions of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and project financial management
Soft Skills: Rigor and structured mind, strong synthesis ability, intellectual curiosity, result and value orientation
Language skills: Advanced English
Fluent French
