The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Fleet Performance Analyst to join our Fleet Performance team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will support the team with initiatives and projects to improve operational reliability, aircraft availability, and reduce maintenance cost of the A220 aircraft Fleet. You will be part of the Fleet Performance team responsible for supporting the program in optimizing the technical and economical performance of the A220 aircraft fleet.

Responsabilités

Monitor the aircraft performance of A220 in-service aircraft fleet using data from airlines and suppliers
Support activities to optimize Operational Reliability, Aircraft Availability and Maintenance Cost of the A220 fleet
Conduct in-depth analysis on aircraft systems and components to identify reliability and maintenance cost issues
Lead and support performance metrics discussions with airline, suppliers and internal stakeholders
Support the supplier in-service performance monitoring to track adherence to contractual targets and obligations
Coordinate claims activities related to supplier non-conformances, ensuring adherence to targets and processes
Identify recommendation and/or corrective actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams and evaluate their effectiveness on aircraft performance
Set up and create regular and ad-hoc reports on specific airline, systems or components and present to cross-disciplinary team
Create applications using data visualization tools to create new dashboards and reports
Serve as a data governance custodian/delegate to ensure full alignment and adherence to all data privacy regulations, confidentiality and, company policies

Exigences

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline
Five (5) years of experience in aviation, airline maintenance or airline fleet reliability
Solid experience in data management, analysis, and query development is an asset
Familiarity with analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI or SQL
Experience in R or Python are an asset
Fluent in English and French, both oral and written
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated leadership and problem solver skills
Ability to analyze data and present key insights
Ability to define, establish and monitor projects or initiatives
Highly motivated by Customer support and services
Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills to engage with Customers, Business and Academic Partners, Suppliers and other Airbus departments
Team player, adaptable, open-minded and flexible
Takes initiative, highly motivated with a sense of responsibility and good judgment
Resourceful, problem solver and comfortable with providing solutions
