The role involves providing analyses and insights on customers to attract, retain, and engage them, improving long-term loyalty. The analyst will work with marketing teams, optimize CRM campaigns, and collaborate internationally within the IKEA Group.

Stay updated on best practices
Coordinate CRM agency analyses

Ability to work autonomously with high quality and precision
Ability to perform data analysis and performance measurements
Proficiency in SQL and related tools
Written and oral English proficiency
