Au sein de l’équipe Manufacturing Engineering, rattaché à l’agence de Saint-Herblain, vous occuperez le rôle d’Aircraft manager H/F. Vous serez le support privilégié pour chaque service et de ce fait vous facilitez la communication entre les services.

Responsabilités:

  • Analyser quotidiennement le folio pour assurer la cohérence entre le réel avion et ce qui est indiqué dans le système informatique
  • Piloter les travaux restants de la chaine structure en coordonnant les différents services : Coordinateurs Techniques, Production, Qualité, BE, Logistique, CND
  • Déterminer les délais d’approvisionnement
  • Faire solder les points administratifs
  • Vérifier que les précautions de montage se trouvent bien à disposition dans l’i-share et les faire solder une fois contrôlées par la qualité
  • S’engager sur les dates de fin des travaux restants

Exigences:

  • De formation Bac+2/+3 avec une dominante mécanique
  • minimum 3 années d’expérience sur un poste similaire
  • niveau opérationnel en anglais
  • rigueur, esprit d’équipe et réactivité
  • maitrise de l’ERP SAP (PAC, PEA, PE1) obligatoire

  • Act as a technical resource for compiling and synthesizing data related to program changes, ensuring all technical requirements are accurately reflected in the system design
  • Lead design review sessions as technical reviewer with strategic system suppliers and certification authorities to guarantee design objectives are met
  • Manage, review, and provide final technical approval of key deliverables from system suppliers, ensuring they meet technical specifications and program standards
  • Serve as technical interface to liaise with other engineering disciplines and program functions, facilitating the efficient exchange of critical data needed for design advancement
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Production, Customer Support, Program Office, Procurement, and Product Planning, to ensure design solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and meet all downstream requirements
  • Define and execute high-impact technical solutions to resolve development issues, both in-service and on the final assembly line (FAL)
