In a specialized establishment for the elderly, you will be responsible for providing essential daily care to residents. The role involves ensuring the well-being and hygiene of residents, collaborating with the medical team, and participating in activities to stimulate residents' cognitive and physical abilities.

Responsabilités:

Ensure the well-being and hygiene of residents while respecting their individual dignity
Collaborate closely with the medical team to monitor the health needs of residents
Participate in organizing activities aimed at stimulating the cognitive and physical abilities of residents

Exigences:

1 year of experience as an aide soignant(e) in geriatrics
State Diploma of Aide-Soignant(e) required
Ability to work effectively and harmoniously in a team
Excellent communication skills and compassionate relationship with the elderly
Strong organizational skills and priority management in a geriatric setting
