Aide Soignant (F/H)

Your interventions aim to maintain, restore and support the person in their care process, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. You work at home, outside accompaniment and in the offices of the establishment. Main tasks: - participate in the identification of requests and needs, - support the definition of the accompaniment project, - participate in medical monitoring, - facilitate access to care (comfort care, occasional help with medication, accompaniment to medical appointments, coordination of care with the nurse) - promote the performance of daily living activities regarding home comfort, self-presentation, organization of living space, body, domestic and food hygiene - implement prevention actions - participate in the development of the person's power to act and autonomy in managing their care. Desired profile: You must hold a state nursing assistant diploma. Having a driver's license and experience in psychiatry is a real plus. Please attach an up-to-date CV. About our client: We are looking for an association supporting patients with mental disorders, located in Bagneux (92), a nursing assistant (M/F) on a permanent contract to be filled as soon as possible. Hours are 10am-6pm mostly including one weekend out of 4 (4-day week). The salary offered is between €2,071 and €2,443 gross depending on seniority.
