Join Phagos, a biotech company developing cutting-edge AI solutions to fight antimicrobial resistance through bacteriophage research. Your work will contribute to developing innovative, sustainable solutions to one of the biggest health challenges of our time — antimicrobial resistance.

Responsabilités

  • Explore the potential of large AI models to predict bacteriophage–host interactions
  • Work with real biological datasets
  • Train and fine-tune models using state-of-the-art machine learning frameworks

Exigences

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Biology or a related field
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with popular deep learning frameworks, such as PyTorch
  • Interest in writing clean and reproducible code following best practices in software development
  • Passion for interdisciplinary research at the intersection of AI and Biology
  • Fluent in English

  • Réaliser une revue de la littérature sur les méthodes d'évaluation des biais dans les modèles de langue appliqués à la santé
  • Analyser un corpus de dialogues anonymisés entre le système d’IA et les parents/patients en pédiatrie pour identifier les biais potentiels
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre un schéma d'annotation pour caractériser les biais identifiés
  • Construire un cadre d'évaluation s'appuyant sur une évaluation désagrégée par caractéristiques démographiques
  • Appliquer ce cadre au système de dialogue et comparer les résultats avec d'autres modèles auto-régressifs
