Manage projects from A to Z on the (re)definition of various HR domains for organizations in various sectors
Understand client challenges and needs

Be the privileged contact for public and private sector clients
Lead client kick-off meetings and manage up to process and system design
Monitor project progress
Provide expertise in change management/transformation and support clients in change, training, and communication
Projects include HR and/or compensation strategy definition, review of job architecture and classification, salary policy definition and construction, salary benchmarks, design and advice on performance management systems and competency frameworks
Facilitate workshops to co-create solutions with clients
Contribute to the commercial development of Hudson's activities in Brussels and Wallonia
