Description du poste:

As part of ltur's team, you will engage with clients, sell tourism products, and ensure the success of the brand in a travel agency located at the B’EST shopping center in Farébersviller. You will be supported with training, a great work environment, and performance-based rewards.

Responsabilités:

Sell travel products and services with enthusiasm
Advise clients on diverse tourism products including holiday packages, regular flights, cruises, rental vehicles, and insurance
Provide personalized advice in the agency, through phone, and via chat
Contribute to the development and implementation of promotional activities

Exigences:

You have a BTS Tourisme diploma or equivalent
You have previous experience in tourism
You are proficient in German
You have experience using a tourism research and information tool
You are interested in major tourist destinations
You show initiative, are dynamic, and handle stress well
